The Gloria S. Friend Christian Academy is now accepting applications for elementary teachers for the 2011-2012 school year.
The Academy strives to empower God’s children by pursuing excellence in education through quality instruction
and strong Biblical teachings as it relates to value formation, a Christian lifestyle and worship, as well as focus
on multiculturalism with an emphasis on the African-American experience.
We are committed to educating and developing children of Christlike character who seek to fulfill God’s
Divine plan for their lives through hard work, perseverance and the use of their spiritual gifts and talents.
Qualifications:
Be a born again Christian
Live a lifestyle in accordance to the Holy Bible and Christian Faith
The gift of teaching
Have a B.A. Degree, preferably in Education
Have working experience with children, preferably in a school setting.
